We provide legal opinions and conduct audits. During the audit we examine company’s documents, identify the deficiencies thereof and provide the findings and suggestions on the ways to correct them. A legal audit is an excellent way of preventing unexpected liability, which is especially relevant before the sale or liquidation of a company. A legal opinion is a legal examination of the situation whereby recommendations on how to act in relevant situation to avoid negative consequences, reduce the risk or magnitude thereof is provided.
