Evelina Liutkutė has been engaged in the practice of law since 2013. Prior to founding her law firm, she gained experience in working on complex, large-scale projects for international, top-ranked law firms.
The founder of ELLAW has more than 14 years of experience in the field of dispute resolution. Throughout this period, she gave legal advice and represented clients in various civil and administrative proceedings. In addition, she has specialized in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring, including complex intentional bankruptcy proceedings. As a result, due to the acquired competence, Evelina can be called an expert in legal dispute resolution and litigation risk management.
Her long-term experience in the field of dispute resolution helps her to critically assess the terms and conditions of the contracts, anticipate potential risks, as well as possible violations of the client's legitimate expectations. Based on this experience, Evelina not only represents the interests of the clients in proceedings, but also prepares and evaluates the terms and conditions of various contracts and participates in negotiation thereof.
